The specs of the two new NVIDIA GPUs head-to-head - both the Reference Specs and the Founders Editions.

Monday marks the start of this year’s Gamescom event in Germany, hosted once more by the city of Cologne. Its traditional home. As was expected thanks to their initial tease last week, and made rather obvious by the flood of leaks that occurred over the weekend we have now been officially introduced to the latest additions to NVIDIA’s GeForce line of graphics processing units (GPUs): The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 and the RTX 2080 Ti.

So, just what is the actual difference between the two cards? While you may have a good idea as to how each perform from the series number what are the official specifications and how well do they stack up against each other. What does a 2080 Ti do that a standard 2080 model does not?  Well, as we have previously done with last year’s TITAN here’s the available specs in a straight head-to-head – and we’ve put down the Reference Spec against the Founders Edition too.
