At the upcoming 19th Annual Marketing Impact 2025: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange, participants will be able to get a glimpse of marketing’s future, with the event theme In Pursuit of a Complete Reinvention of Marketing, culminating with a session on augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR).
Taking placing between July 16th and 18th, 2018 at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, culminating Future Forward session, Experiential Marketing: Interactive AR/VR Demonstration, led by Michael Rapp, Director of Marketing and Brian Plotkin, Chief Software Ninja, both of Fujitsu Network Communications. The presentation from the two is planned to be followed by a Capstone keynote, Disruption in Technology – It’s Impact on Life, led by Burges Karkaria, Chief Technology Officer, Marketing and Customer Experience, Intel.
The Experiential Marketing: Interactive AR/VR Demonstration presentation will allow those participating to experience the power of AR/VR in marketing firsthand and get inspired for future possibilities and applications. The presentation will cover topics such as transforming from physical inventory to a virtual portfolio, achieving better inter-organizational cooperation, driving adoption through direct sales and channel partners and more effective measurements to help validate Return on Investment (ROI).
In the follow up session, Disruption in Technology – It’s Impact on Life, Karkaria will explore and review how recent disruptors such as Cloud, Mobile, and Analytics will be forgotten when the next wave of disrupters comes along. The session will look at some of these and examine how new technologies could change the way people live, highlighting how marketing will need to adapt to these new technologies and change as well.
