This announcement means that the Vuzix M300 smart glasses were showcasing Oracle Service Cloud solutions for wearable computing at the Modern CX event in Chicago, Illinois at McCormick Place Building West earlier this week. The event was attended by over 4,000 people with around 300 customer sessions and keynotes from Oracle CEO, Mark Hurd. The event was an opportunity to unite with thousands of Marketing, Service, Sales, and Commerce professionals, sharing challenges and victories while learning from their peers.
Oracle demonstrated how the Vuzix M300 smart glasses can be a part of workflow demonstrations for field service, offering new chance for improved performance.
