At the start of the week Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) held a press conference for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR prior to Paris Games Week (PGW) which you were hopefully following on VRFocus. Before the main event took place there was a pre-show which unveiled several new titles, one of which was Bow to Blood by Tribetoy. If you like the look of the videogame VRFocus now has several new screenshots and concept art images for you to look through.
Bow to Blood puts players in control of a giant airship, pitting them against other opponents in The Arena, with the aim of becoming champion in a fantasy style reality game show. Players will be challenged with completing harrowing high-speed races, deadly battles with swarming assault ships, perilous encounters with aerial beasts, mind-bending puzzles, and more.
All the encounters are procedurally generated to ensure players get a different experience every time, where they’ll have to decide if they what to assist fellow challengers and gain their support, or exploit them for personal gain and earning their wrath.
To succeed players need to master their mighty airship, managing their crew, unleashing the full force of their on board cannons, routing power, and even equipping a trusty sidearm when the enemy gets too close for comfort.
Bow to Blood wasn’t the only title to surprise during the event so VRFocus created a handy roundup guide for you to see every piece of content in one place. It’s not just the games that showcase SIE’s commitment to PlayStation VR, the company recently released a new edition, known as CUH-ZVR2 in Japan, which looked to have boosted sales of the headset even though the improvements were fairly minor.
VRFocus will continue its coverage of Bow to Blood, reporting back with the latest updates from Tribetoy.
