Virtual reality (VR) videogame developer Midas Touch Games celebrate their update to robot fighting game Fist of Physics with a 50% discount. The game is available in Early Access on HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.
The gameplay involves the player reaching out to shove of grab their opponents, with enemy responses dictated by the custom physics engine and articulated character engine. The new Fist of Physics update introduces active day/night cycles, attack drones and a new boss character in Wall-4.
“We’ve gotten fantastic feedback from players during the first phase of our Early Access run on Steam, and this huge new patch makes for a richer, deeper play experience,” said Ethan Einhorn, the studio’s Director of Marketing & Publishing. “To get everyone in on the action, we are dropping the price of Fist of Physics by 50%, to only $4.99, from March 1st to March 3rd, 2017.”
The full final version of the game is due for release in mid-2017.
