Capcom, the makers of the survival horror series Resident Evil have released the first in a series of videos called The Making of Resident Evil 7 biohazard.
The four-part video series will contain exclusive footage and interviews with members of the development team as they go into detail about the creation of Resident Evil 7. The first video is titled Beginning Hours and features interviews with Executive Producer Jun Takeuchi, Director Koshi Nakanishi and Producer Masachika Kawata as well as footage showing how to Capcom Europe team reacted to seeing the videogame for the first time.
Future videos are expected to be released weekly and will reveal more about Resident Evil 7, its characters, setting and themes as well as going into details about the tools that were used to bring the creepy Louisiana plantation to life.
Resident Evil 7 is the first of the series to be released in virtual reality (VR). The VR version is currently exclusive to PlayStation VR, with over 88,000 PSVR users having experienced the videogame in its first week after release.

Resident Evil 7 has received mostly positive reviews, with many critics and analysts saying it has restored life and relevance to the long-running franchise.
