Viewers will be able to virtually take part in the parades, getting front-row access to the festivities, so that they can see what it’s like to be amongst all the floats and characters.

“Disney is known for its world-class storytelling and ability to bring beloved characters and worlds to life,” said Neil Mandt, founder and CEO of MANDT VR. “It is a passion I share and our team is excited to have the opportunity to create digital experience that will enable guest to discover and interact with Disney’s magical holiday festivities in a completely new way.”

Over the next couple of months the videos will be made available through abc.com/vr and youtube.com/DisneyParks, viewable on mobile and desktop devices. While on ABC, the “The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration” will air on 24th November, 8pm – 10pm EST and “The Disney Parks, Magical Christmas Celebration” will air on 25th December 10am – 12pm EST.
