Raindance Film Festival Holding Inaugural VR Arcade
14 VR films will be showcased at the film fest.
The 24th Raindance Film Festival will be taking place in London, UK next week, screening 100 feature films and over 150 short films. For the first time in the festivals history it’ll be showcasing immersive virtual reality (VR) films at a two-day public event called VR Arcade.
On show will be a selection of 14 short films featuring documentaries, animations and cutting edge experiences. These will be shown using either the Samsung Gear VR or Oculus Rift head-mounted displays (HMDs).
