After our Russian detour earlier in the week we’re heading back over to America for our final visit to Life In 360° this week. Ending things with a newly released 360 degree video tour of design brand Shinola’s Detroit factory.
Shinola have even brought in actor Luke Wilson (The Royal Tenenbaums, Anchorman, That ’70s Show) to act as both host and guide on the video that takes in the building from roof to basement. As Wilson meets factory staff along the way all of whom are busy making the various watches, bicycles and leather goods Shinola as a brand is known for.
Of course, being primarily a comedic actor, not everything goes quite smoothly all the time for Wilson, whose actor brother Andrew also helped direct the video in conjunction with the production team from Reel FX.
VRFocus will be back next week with another example of 360 degree video in action.
