Cartoon Network to Launch Adventure Time VR Game With Themed Google Cardboard

Popular cartoons seem to be making a big entrance on the virtual reality (VR) scene, such as Rick and Morty Simulator: Virtual Rick-Ality. Earlier this year Adventure Time made its own footprint in VR with Adventure Time: Magic Man’s Head Games which VRFocus gave a three-star review, and now there’s a whole new mobile title to come

What’s different in I See Ooo to Magic Man’s Head Games is that you start the game in the Tree Fort partying when the Ice King attacks, freezes everyone, and scatters them across the land of Ooo. You and Finn will then have to find your friends, release them, and continue partying all over again.

As described by the developers themselves: “I See Ooo is a funny, compelling, intuitive and highly-entertaining game with broad appeal that makes for a brilliant and affordable introduction to the world of virtual reality. It features an original story and two games to experience, Snowball Fight and Glider Flight, plus a third game, Puzzle Path, which will made available as a free downloadable content pack shortly after launch. Each game contains twenty levels with varying degrees of difficulty, alongside fourteen characters to discover.”

What also comes with this is a Jake the Dog branded Google Cardboard, as well as these features in the game: two launch games and one as free DLC, three rooms to explore, 20 levels in each game, 14 characters to play with, powerful items, additional unlockable elements, and the original music from the show.

I See Ooo is exclusive to Google Play, and you can buy the bundle of game and Cardboard on Pyramid Shop and Forbidden Planet, and it will all be launching on 29th September.
