Virtual reality (VR) software and hardware specialist Jaunt is becoming one of the biggest names in the business, through its immersive cinematic experiences, Jaunt ONE camera and other collaborations. The US company, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, has a European business office in London and has now further established the company’s presence in Europe by recently opening an engineering and development office in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The Amsterdam office, headed by Michiel Frackers, is located in the heart of the city at the former Navy base which is being transformed into a technology and creative centre. Jaunt is currently hiring engineers and developers for mobile, Unity and web based at the city location. The company currently has four positions listed on its website: Lead Engineer, Mobile Platform, Software Engineer, Android, Software Engineer, iOS and Software Engineer, Web.
