Virtual Reality Los Angeles (VRLA) has moved full swing from regular monthly meetups into expo territory. While the VRLA Summer Expo, Los Angeles, took place only last month, the team isn’t stopping there, teasing a Winter Expo in their latest communication.
The VRLA Summer Expo was a sold out event, with more than 65 exhibitors and 2000 attendees. Hosting the likes of AMD, Kite & Lightning, Carbon Games and Leap Motion, the day-long event featured a number of panels from high-profile virtual reality (VR) developers and 360 degree camera manufacturers, as well as hands-on opportunities on the show floor. While not confirmed, it is currently expected that the VRLA Winter Expo will follow a similar format.
The teasing of VRLA’s latest event comes by way of a competition. Offering attendees of the VRLA Summer Expo the chance to win a ticket to the nest event by giving feedback via a short survey, the communication reads: “Five respondents will be randomly selected to win a free general admission ticket to VRLA Winter Expo!”
No date or venue has yet been announced for the VRLA Winter Expo, but of course VRFocus will keep you updated as further information is revealed.
