New EVE: Valkyrie Concept Art Revealed [Updated]

Giving a teasing reveal this week has been some concept art for virtual reality (VR) space shooter EVE: Valkyrie. The images were created by Narrative Designer and Art Content creator Andrew Robinson at developer CCP Games.

The images don’t reveal many great details about the main game itself, but they do show some of the armament design possibilities the team have been exploring as the videogame progresses.

The title which CCP Games is developing for Sony Computer Entertainment’s (SCE) Project Morpheus and the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD) has been very quiet of late, with the last details emerging being a few screenshots just after the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) back in June.

VRFocus will continue to follow the progress of EVE: Valkyrie as and when CCP Games releases further information to report back.

UPDATE: CCP Games has been in touch with VRFocus to clarify that this concept art is in fact for its original VR prototype for EVE: Valkyrie. VRFocus apologies for the error.
