With a few surprise reveals occurring yesterday at Sony Computer Entertainment’s (SCE) press conference prior to the 2015 Tokyo Games Show (TGS), one of the announced titles to be at the show is JoysoundVR. Further details are emerging with SCE releasing screenshots of the PlayStation VR head-mounted display (HMD) karaoke title.
The Joysound brand is part of Xing Inc., one of the leading karaoke companies in Japan. Xing Inc have brought the Joysound brand to the Wii, Wii U, PlayStation 3, PS Vita and now into the world of VR with PlayStation VR.
The images featured below are the first official screenshots taken from the VR demo of JoysoundVR, playable at TGS this week. In the screenshots, the JoysoundVR hub is shown with a couple of available options, one called Sakura Trip and the other is singing with a girl band shown in the second image.
Whether the title will be just a demo for the TGS show, or if it is just for the Japanese market is unknown, but as further information is released VRFocus will report back with the latest announcements on PlayStation VR and JoysoundVR.
