South Korean independent game studio, HandMade Game recently announced a virtual reality (VR) version of their puzzle videogame title, Rooms: The Unsolvable Puzzle would be available next year. The title which launched back in May on Steam, now has a demonstration video of the VR support.
Rooms: The Unsolvable Puzzle is a unique puzzle game inspired by sliding puzzle mechanics and platform games. It sets the player in a twisted mansion made of rooms that slide like sliding puzzle. Played from a third-person perspective, the player must find a way to the exit by sliding pieces of each room and using what’s inside them. HandMade Game will launch a demo VR version of Rooms: The Unsolvable Puzzle first, expected to arrive next month.
The 2D version of Rooms: The Unsolvable Puzzle is available on Steam for £6.99 GBP with the deluxe version (includes the soundtrack) for £8.99 GBP. The VR edition is scheduled for launch in Q1 2016, though which PC head-mounted displays (HMDs) the videogame will support has not yet been announced. VRFocus will keep you updated with all the latest details on Rooms: The Unsolvable Puzzle‘s VR edition.
