It’s been just over a week since the last time we heard from independant studio Stress Level Zero on their videogame title Hover Junkers. The virtual reality (VR) game for the HTC Vive head-mounted display (HMD).
Last time the team released a devblog video they discussed being a first-person experience, the use of the lighthouse tracking system and how room-scaling fitst in to the design. There was also some discussion about the multiplayer aspect. This week is a very different devblog as the Stress Level Zero team get into the art stye of Hover Junkers, including the creative process; the evolution of a piece and style decisions. With the team looking at both finished artwork and even that currently in progress. You can watch the video below:
A title specifically made for VR, Hover Junkers is aiming for launch alongside the Valve-backed HTC Vive which is itself looking to be rolled out to consumers at the end of 2015. VRFocus will continue to bring you new and updates from the Stress Level Zero team regarding Hover Junkers as well as any other projects they announce.
