Playful Corp. the developer behind Lucky’s Tale the virtual reality (VR) videogame being published by Oculus VR for the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD), has announced it will be bringing the title plus Creativerse to Pax Prime next week.
Built in partnership with Oculus VR, Lucky’s Tale, which VRFocus has previously previewed and revealed the newest trailer, is a third-person platforming experience in which players control Lucky, a cartoon fox. The title features colourful environments in which players hunt for collectibles, solve puzzles and defeat enemies. Alongside support for the Oculus Rift HMD, Playful Corp. is also developing a mobile version of the title for use with the Samsung Gear VR (HMD). Luckey’s Tale will also be launching alongside the consumer version of the Oculus Rift in Q1 2016, and the newest version of the videogame will be available for demonstration on the Oculus Rift at the show.
Playful Corp. will also be bringing Creativerse a free-to-play sand box adventure which doesn’t support VR to the event, with free t-shirts and Steam code for the title..
