Plenty of new virtual reality (VR) videogames were announced at E3 2015 last month. nDream’s The Assembly can almost count itself among them, as the title wasn’t revealed so much as reintroduced following its debut at last year’s show. But the company had much more to show on its anticipated adventure title this year with a new trailer and demo. A few weeks on from the event and nDreams has provided a small update on The Assembly in the form of a brand new screenshot, which can now be seen below.
The image appears to showcase a corridor in the underground headquarters of the titular organisation. The Assembly is a first-person experience in which players will explore this mysterious facility as two characters. The first is Joel Pearson, who himself has been working within The Assembly for some time. The other is Madeleine Stone, who has just signed up to it. The title is coming to the Oculus Rift, Project Morpheus and HTC Vive.
VRFocus will continue to follow The Assembly closely, reporting back with any further updates on its progress.
