It has been a busy week for Facebook owned virtual reality (VR) developer Oculus VR. A new logo, new offices, a leak of information that may (or may not) give us some indication as to what the final Consumer Version (CV1) of the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD) will be like.
With E3 on the horizon and Sony ready to make their big push for Project Morpheus all eyes are now back on Oculus as it prepares to host its first ever pre-E3 press conference. Beginning at 10:00 PDT, the San Francisco based event looks set to reveal even more about the CV1, with questions about VR input, HMD specifications, software and videogames supporting the device and most importantly price still needing to be addressed.
With so much potentially at stake, VRFocus offers our readers the chance to view the action as it unfolds. Join us for the live stream provided by Oculus below and watch the announcements, whatever they will be, as they are made. VRFocus will of course keep you updated with all the latest details on the Oculus Rift and other VR hardware and applications.
