With lots of videogame news already flying out of the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles before it officially starts on Tuesday, gameplay details on Overkill’s The Walking Dead has been revealed.
The videogame has you based in a zombie infested hospital playing a surgeon who has had his leg cut off and is accompanied by two companions. One wants to leave you behind, one wants to take you with them. With his leg missing, the surgeon is sat on a wheelchair that one character will push for an on-rails experience.
This version of The Walking Dead is separate from the console version and is designed for virtual reality (VR) on Starbreeze Studios own StarVR head-mounted display (HMD), still being based on the popular comic and television property.
With Starbreeze Studios, the owner of OVERKILL bringing 5 playable stations at E3, there will be plenty of opportunity to test out those dynamics.
VRFocus will be there to bring all the latest updates and announcements from OVERKILL and The Walking Dead.
