Previously VRFocus reported on the launch of Luna Station’s Steam Greenlight campaign. The space based virtual reality (VR) videogame is a multi-user videogame which allows players to learn and play together. On a space shuttle users can observe the stars. It is to be compatible with the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD). Now a new trailer has been released for the title.
In the trailer below a lot of gameplay aspects are shown. On arrival the user has access to many different aspects of the title. Users are able to take in the beautiful view of Earth from the Café. Then players are able to learn about historical space launches like the Orion rocket. The planetarium is also shown to offer 3D shows to teach the player.
Luna Station is a learning experience which will feature an array of different ways to observe the stars. Users will be able to learn about space from observatories. Not only does it provide information about but it will provide information about the moons surface and geography.
The developer states on the Steam page that the title will be available for the Oculus Rift but it also intends to make the title compatible with a wide array of HMD’s. A demo is due to be released soon. VRFocus will keep you updated on the title’s progress.
