This week sees the 2015 Game Developers Conference (GDC) take place over in San Francisco, California, USA. A wide range of virtual reality (VR) videogames are set to feature at the show, including Untold Games’ anticipated adventure title, Loading Human. For those that won’t be able to make it to the event, Untold Games has posted footage from the GDC 2015 demo. That footage can now be seen below.
A total of four minutes of gameplay from Loading Human can be seen in the video. The screen is split in half, with one side showing the title and the other showing a member of the development team using the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD) and motion controls to interact with objects in the environment. Written commentary from the developers is also provided to explain what is happening.
Loading Human is on its way to PC and Linux as an episodic series. The developer also hopes to bring the title to PlayStation 4 with support for the Project Morpheus HMD, although this is yet to be officially confirmed. VRFocus will continue to follow the title’s progress, reporting back with any further updates on it.
