Recently, virtual reality (VR) flight simulator, RC Flight launches its Greenlight campaign on Steam. The aim is to release the title on Valve’s digital sharing platform. A demo has already been released on GameJolt’s website and a full version on Desura. The title allows people to practice flying a RC plane in different environments. It is compatible with Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD).
RC Flight allows users to have the same fun flying an RC plane without the risk of damaging the aircraft. Its Oculus Rift first person camera can allow users to look from the perspective of the person piloting or the plane itself. The videogame features an array of planes as well as a novelty lawnmower. Also, it allows users to create and customise their own RC plane.
Players are able to fly in a multitude of different locations, including the beach, forest areas and wide open fields. There is also the option to choose which time to fly either day or night. However it states on the Steam page that if the title is passes its Greenlight campaign, then more locations, aircraft and options will be added.
