Next week is a big week for Polish videogame developer Techland. The team will launch one of the first big releases of 2015 in first-person action title, Dying Light. That said there’s still plenty of work to be done as last year the developer announced its intentions to deliver a virtual reality (VR) version of the title later down the line. Recently VRFocus spoke to Techland’s Maciej Binkowski about that eventual release.
In the interview below Binkowski, the Lead Game Designer, talks about the VR support for Dying Light. He mentions just how the developer became interested in its integration in the first place as well as its plans to release the support in the future. There’s also talk of possible support for the Project Morpheus version of the title on PlayStation 4.
Dying Light is available next week on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, reporting back with any further updates.
