Earlier this week Codemasters delivered its second surprise for virtual reality (VR) fans following the launch of support for the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD) in GRID: Autosport. The developer revealed that Toybox Turbos, its manic tabletop racing experience that released this week would be getting support for the Oculus Rift on PC. Now a launch trailer has arrived to celebrate the title’s release on the system along with PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
The short trailer, seen below, provides a glimpse of Toybox Turbos classic brand of miniaturised racing, as players drive across kitchen tables, overflowing sinks and pool tables. The title features 35 different vehicles that can be raced across 18 tracks in a variety of modes, with full support for both online and offline multiplayer options.
VRFocus has the chance to go hands-on with the Oculus Rift version of Toybox Turbos earlier in the week and will continue to follow the title in the build up to the update’s launch.
