Indie developer Innervision Games is currently hard at working trying to raise funds for a Kickstarter campaign for its upcoming virtual reality (VR) compatible puzzle title, Ethereon. The studio is hoping to secure $35,800 USD by 21st December 2014 in order to aid development of the title, which is aiming to arrive on both PC and, with a stretch goal, PlayStation 4 with support for the Oculus Rift and Project Morpheus head-mounted displays (HMD) respectively. This week the developer has released new screenshots of the experience, which can be seen below.
A total of seven new images are on display, showcasing Ethereon‘s surreal aquatic world. Players will explore this beautiful environment, solving puzzles designed for VR as they go. As players progress they will journey deeper below the surface, discovering unique creatures, some of which will take them on rides. Glimpses of some of these can be seen in the images among other exotic locales.
Those interested in Etheron can currently pledge $20 to secure a digital copy of the title for launch in November 2015. Be quick though; there are only 179 of these spaces remaining for the price increases to $25. VRFocus will continue to follow the title’s progress, reporting back with any further updates.
