First Pollen Screenshots Arrive

Earlier this week Mindfield Games announced its first virtual reality (VR) compatible videogame, Pollen. The title, which will support the Oculus Rift VR head-mounted display (HMD), is an exploration-focused experience set on Titan, the largest moon orbiting Saturn. Little about the project has been revealed so far, though the first screenshots taken directly in-game have now been released, revealing just a few more details about it.

A total of eight new shows can be seen below, focusing exclusively on Pollen‘s environments. While some images showcase the surface of Titan, others take a look at the mysterious station M which is based on the moon. There’s even a few images of below Titan’s sufrace in between caverns and cracks that players can expect to explore in depth as they progress through the title’s story.

Pollen is due to arrive on PC in 2015, with Mac and Linux versions planned for later on down the line. VRFocus will continue to follow the title going forward, reporting back with any further updates.
