Thotwise Games have revealed a brand new piece of concept art for their forthcoming title, The Hum. Designed with the Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display (HMD) in mind, The Hum has already run a successful Steam Greenlight campaign and promised to deliver a playable build at Gamescom, Cologne, this August.
In addition to the new image, revealed on Twitter via Ariel Arias, Creator of The Hum, the developer also stated that the team were currently working on new trailers to be made available alongside the previously promised playable build.
“We are making new in-game trailers to be released at Gamescom with all this atmosphere,” Arias revealed when replying to one of his followers on Twitter.
The Hum is a horror videogame set in a world that has been destroyed by a sudden alien invasion. Players will enter the world in the role of a survivor with the videogame beginning before the invasion. No release date for The Hum has been announced, however Thotwise Games have recently revealed their intentions to bring the videogame to PlayStation 4 also, hinting at a potential Project Morpheus version.
