Fire Panda Reveal First RedOfPaw’s Big Crazy Stupid VR Adventure and American Pie Screenshot

The ongoing Kickstarter campaign for RedOfPaw’s Big Crazy Stupid VR Adventure and American Pie has been nothing if not humorous. Every aspect of the project from the initial concept to the Kickstarter page and the publicity surrounding it has been delivered with a distinctly tongue-in-cheek approach. The latest movement from Fire Panda, the revelation of the very first screenshot taken from the forthcoming demo version of the videogame, has been handled in the exact same fashion.

Nick Pittom, founder of Red Panda and creator of RedOfPaw’s Big Crazy Stupid VR Adventure and American Pie, today offered VRFocus the following statement: “The character here is a Red Panda, perhaps called Gerald, or Franklin, or something else! And perhaps he will help you succeed in your goals! He’s pretty cute, right! I like him already and I know you will too.”

The image, seen above, is the first indication of any character to be featured in RedOfPaw’s Big Crazy Stupid VR Adventure and American Pie, though we have previously seen the environment in which the Red Panda is sat. Of course, one of the Kickstarter reward tiers allows for donators to opt to appear in the videogame themselves.

At the time of writing the Kickstarter campaign for RedOfPaw’s Big Crazy Stupid VR Adventure and American Pie still has 5 days remaining and has already surpassed it’s funding goal. VRFocus will keep you updated with all the latest details on RedOfPaw’s Big Crazy Stupid VR Adventure and American Pie and other virtual reality (VR) projects from Fire Panda.
