Cloudhead Games has revealed two new screenshots from its upcoming virtual reality (VR) compatible title The Gallery: Six Elements this weeks. The images, shown below, have been shared shortly before the title is shown off at next week’s E3 2014 on 10th and 11th June. One shot shots off the title’s improved visuals since its early development in 2013 and the other takes another look at the Fire World teased in a gameplay trailer earlier in the week.
As can be seen below, one image shows a clear visual improvement in the character model for the adventure title’s protagonist. The new model packs much more facial detail as well as richer colours and higher quality textures on clothing. The Fire World image again doesn’t reveal much about the gameplay mechanics players can expect to encounter in the enivronment, but does provide a sense of the atmosphetre you can expect.
The Gallery: Six Elements is a first-person adventure title that sees players travel through six different environments based on the the fire world teased as well as air, water, earth, love and death. The title is set to feature support for the Oculus Rift VR headset along with Sixense’s STEM motion controller and include its own ‘VR Comfort Mode’. VRFocus will continue to follow the title’s progress and report back with all the latest updates.
