Krillbite Studio, the developer behind the recently released Among the Sleep has revealed that it has ‘great plans’ for its next videogame, and is ‘pretty stoked’ about its concept. The developer recently said as much, though didn’t confirm any solid details about the project, when we might see official word on it or if it would be another virtual reality (VR) compatible title like its debut effort.
Speaking on an Ask Me Anything session on Reddit the team revealed that “we’ve definitely got great plans for our next project as well! We’re all pretty stoked about the concept, and are really looking forward to get started on it.” The team stated that it still had to discuss how much they could share about the title at this point in time.
A later answer reconfirmed that “We do have plans for what a future project might be, but we’ll let you know when we have something more concrete to share.”
Among the Sleep released late last week on PC, Mac and Linux with support for the Oculus Rift VR headset. It is a first-person horror experience in which players control a two year old toddler investigating strange noises in the middle of the night. The developer is currently working on bringing the title to PlayStation 4 with support for the Project Morpheus VR headset.
VRFocus will continue to follow Krillbite Studio’s progress and report back with any more updates as to its latest title.
