Silicon Valley Virtual Reality (SVVR) has served as one of the leading virtual reality (VR) community meetups over the past year. It’s first ever event was hosted on 16th May 2013 and now, just over a year later it’s set to evolve once more with the SVVR Conference & Expo 2014, running on 19th and 20th May at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California. As you’d expect, VRFocus will be there to bring you the all the latest from the event.
A brief video compiling footage from past events can be seen below. It gives you some idea of what to expect from the show, which will feature VR headsets such as the Oculus Rift, VR videogames and VR peripherals. Startup companies will have their chance to pitch their concepts in a 60 second pitch session and display their products as a lower-cost ‘Startup Table’.
Those looking to register to exhibit at the show can do so at the SVVR website. Using the promotional code SVVR2014 will grant you a $100 USD discount off of the registration fees. VRFocus will continue to follow any and all VR events and bring you the very latest from each.
