Indie developer Proscenium’s upcoming virtual reality (VR) multiplayer horror title Spectre has officially been Greenlit on Steam. The title will now be available for sale on Valve’s digital store come full release. It is set to arrive with full support for the Oculus Rift VR headset and is currently running a multiplayer beta in which Kickstarter backers and those that purchase a pass can take part in.
Spectre is a 4 player online experience in his a team of ‘Seekers’ hunts down a player-controlled monster known as the Spectre. The Spectre can deploy tricks and traps to try and scare his enemies with illusions whilst the Seekers try to drain its life. The title has already successfully passed a Kickstarter campaign earlier in the year and is looking to launch on PC in July 2014.
