Indie developer Wales Interactive has released the launch trailer for its upcoming first-person free-running title, Infinity Runner. Just under 90 seconds of footage from the PC, Mac and Linux title can be seen below ahead of its official launch on 2nd June 2014. It is set to arrive with full support for the Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) headset.
The title is set on the largest spaceship built by man known as The Infinity. Players are cast as an on-board prisoner that must escape the ship while being pursued by ‘the last werewolf’, which has attacked the crew and left the ship in disarray. It is a free running experience which also utilises mixed martial arts and a dynamic targeting system.
The title is set to launch on 2nd June 2014, with a PlayStation 4 version also possible. VRFocus will continue to follow Infinity Runner‘s progress and report back with the latest updates.
