Unreal Engine 4 maker Epic Games has spoken about the upcoming virtual reality (VR) exclusive videogame EVE: Valkyrie, stating that the title it ‘very, very’ impressive. Senior Design Nick Donaldson said as much during a recent livestream focussed on Unreal Engine 4, taking a look at some of the software’s supported titles. The title is exclusive to both the Oculus Rift and Project Morpheus VR headsets, both of which are supported by Unreal Engine 4.
Donaldson confirmed that Epic Games had been working with CCP Games on the title for ‘a long time’, going on to state that ‘it’s very, very impressive’. EVE: Valkyrie‘s switch to Unreal Engine 4 was announced at last weekend’s EVE Fanfest event in Reykjavik, Iceland, where the developer revealed a host of news about the multiplayer space combat title.
