Indie developer Kinelco & Lone Elk Creative has released a virtual reality (VR) compatible demo of its upcoming PC title, Vertiginous Golf. This build of the mini golf title was originally shown off at this year’s PAX East in Boston, Massachuettes. It is compatible with the Oculus Rift VR headset, which will also be supported in the title’s full release. The demo can be downloaded on the title’s official website.
The developer stressed that, although it was being made available to play, Oculus Rift integration was in extremely early stages. “We will appreciate feedback,” the developer wrote on its official site, “but please keep in mind this is no way representative of the final version. Part of our open development policy is showing you guys these early builds so you can see the process.”
Vertiginous Golf is an upcoming mini golf title that’s planned for a full launch later in 2014. An Early Access version of the title is available over on Steam. VRFocus will continue to follow the title’s progress and report back with all the latest news.
