Developer Kinelco & Lone Elk Creative has confirmed that it will be debuting a new level of its upcoming virtual reality (VR) compatible title Vertiginous Golf at this week’s PAX East in Boston, Massachusetts. Speaking to VRFocus, the developer stated that it will lift the lid on a level title ‘The Driving Range’. It was also announce that the developer will be hosting a PAX East tournament for the title, which supports the Oculus Rift VR headset.
According to the developer, the new level will show players that there’s more than one way to complete a course in the title. As for the tournament, the developer promises to offer daily prizes for players. Vertiginous Golf is a fantastical mini golf experience that sees players compete on imaginative courses. The title hopes to release later on in 2014, with an Early Access version available now on Steam.
The title will be playable at the Indie Minibooth on all three days off the show, running from 11th – 13th April 2014. Other VR titles on show include to the likes of SoundSelf, Enemy Starfighter, and Darknet. VRFocus will keep you up to date with all of these titles and any other VR supported videogames.
