Indie developer OlivierJT has released a teaser for the upcoming virtual reality (VR) videogame, Synthesis Universe. Available to download now, this early demo is a cinematic sequence designed to act as your first taste of the forthcoming Synthesis Universe, and the developer hopes it may also be used as a stepping stone for many people’s first experience of VR itself.
This demo sequence, available to download via the official Oculus Share website now, is a non-playable experience. The player’s body is built in front of their eyes as they experience the world from a first-person perspective. As the body is not yet constructed it does not have the ability to move, so neither do you, however the final build of Synthesis Universe will most certainly change that.
Synthesis Universe is being developed using Unreal Engine 4 and is set to launch later this year. The videogame will be compatible with Virtuix Omni, STEM and PrioVR, and VRFocus will keep you updated with all the latest details on Synthesis Universe.
