The successful Kickstarter campaign for the forthcoming Hover: Revolt of Gamers still has a more than 3 weeks left to run, and yet it’s already pushing into it’s Stretch Goals for additional formats. Here at VRFocus, however, it’s the virtual reality (VR) edition of the videogame that we’re concerned about, an asset that was confirmed from day one.
No new information is available for the VR edition of Hover: Revolt of Gamers, aside from a single image of the developer wearing an original Oculus Rift development kit (aka DK1) as seen below. However, Hover: Revolt of Gamers has now been confirmed for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One also, so there’s always a possibility that the videogame may support VR head-mounted displays (HMDs) on those formats also, such as Project Morpheus and the potential in-development peripheral from Microsoft Studios. The brand new screenshots taken from Hover: Revolt of Gamers follow below, and VRFocus will keep you updated with all the latest details on the videogame and other VR projects from Midgar Studios.
