Developer Current Circus has has confirmed that it will be bringing its current version of its upcoming music title Muse to PAX East in Boston, Massachusetts this weekend. The team has confirmed to VRFocus that it will be showing off the title in virtual reality (VR) with the Oculus Rift headset, along with a more polished build of the that was shown at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) last month. This build of the title is dubbed Alpha Muse.
In the experience players explore underwater environments in a first-person perspective, making music with the various wildlife and surroundings as they travel. The title is an open development project in which players sign up for $10 USD to play the title and then contribute ideas and reports to its official forums.
It’s not the only Oculus Rift title that will be shown during the event, which runs from 11th – 13th April 2014. An Indie booth on the show floor will also host a range of VR compatible titles, including the likes of SoundSelf and Enemy Starfighters. VRFocus will continue to follow any and all VR projects and bring them to you.
