Earlier this week indie developer Space Budgie released a new update for its first-person platform and puzzle title, Glitchspace, which is currently available through Steam Early Access. The update, titled 1.7, reintegrated support for the Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display as well as maxing a host of tweaks and bug fixes. Now a trailer for that update has arrived, and can be seen below.

Clocking in at just over a minute, the trailer is comprised purely of gameplay from Glitchspace, showcasing the title’s striking minimalist visuals and intriguing first-person shooter-like puzzle gameplay. As the footage shows, Glitchspace sees players manipulating platforms using a special gun and arraging platforms through unique menus to progress through various levels.

The 1.7 update also brought news that Glitchspace‘s full launch would be pushed back slightly to March 2015 VRFocus will continue to follow the title going forward, reporting back with any further updates.
