Jerry’s Place VR, the fan tribute project that allows users to tour the setting from US sitcom Seinfeld, has been released on the Oculus VR Share Beta. Originally available from developer Greg Miller’s site, the project can now be downloaded for both PC and Mac through the official platform.
Released earlier this month, Jerry’s Place VR puts players in the iconic apartment and sets them free to inspect every detail using the Oculus Rift VR headset. The developer is still looking for help tweaking the project, including submitting more accurate models of some of the apartment’s objects.
VRFocus spoke with Miller shortly after the project’s release. He talked about the challenges of the development and what else he’d like to create. VRFocus will continue to follow the progress of Jerry’s Place VR and all other VR projects and report back with the latest.
